Fergal O’Brien is an established Grade 1-winning National Hunt trainer. His first Grade 1 success came with Poetic Rhythm in the Challow Novices’ Hurdle at Newbury in 2017, while other major highlights include Crambo winning the Grade 1 Long Walk Hurdle at Ascot in consecutive years and Sixmilebridge winning the Grade 1 Scilly Isles Novices’ Chase. The yard has become a regular top-ten presence in the National Hunt trainers’ championship and has trained well over 500 winners in recent seasons. 

At Fergal O’Brien Racing, our approach is built around giving every horse the best possible care, environment and opportunity to perform. Based at Ravenswell Farm in the Cotswolds, we combine first-class training facilities with a hands-on team culture and a strong focus on horse welfare, communication and enjoyment. Racing is a sport built on people as well as horses, and we want owners to feel part of the journey, from the everyday work at home to the excitement of raceday.
