Osman Racing was created by Ryan Osman from a lifelong enthusiasm for horse racing and the ambition of experiencing ownership from inside the sport. The syndicate is built around sharing that experience with other racing fans, providing an accessible route into ownership while creating a community of people who can enjoy the highs and lows of racing together.

The operation is intentionally kept small and personal. Rather than building very large ownership groups, Osman Racing limits the number of shares available in individual horses, helping owners remain closely connected to the horse, trainer and management team. The syndicate also manages the day-to-day administration of ownership so shareholders can concentrate on enjoying the experience.

Osman Racing works with established trainers and bloodstock professionals when sourcing and campaigning its horses. Its first partnership includes Kiniro, owned with RHM Horses and trained by Dan Horsford at Sharpridge.
