Claire Lay’s lifelong involvement (including hands-on experience with Flying Instructor, a multiple Topham Chase winner) complements Kevin Orchard’s organisation and communications. Current and recent placements span Alice Haynes (Newmarket), Louisa Carberry (France), Alastair Ralph (Bridgnorth), Rob Stephens (Chepstow, Castle Farm Racing Club), Eric McNamara (Limerick), Michael Keady (Newmarket) and Jack Jones (Newmarket).

Alongside syndicates and racing clubs, Dynasty supports the sport’s community: organising jockey Ciaran Gethings’sponsorship, advising the University Racing Club (with Le Beau Gosse), and helping trainers shape supporter clubs.
